Yes, I know it seems like a luxury at the time, especially if thrift is your divine gift. But believe me, you will be better off in the long run.
Remember: you will be paying for peace of mind.

I so agree with this blog! I tried and tried to tell my sister that but now she understands why. That peace of mind also covers when you accidently drop your phone in some random place or loose it on some trip.
In addition, speaking from someone who has recently experienced an townhome fire get RENTER'S insurance no matter what!
